About Me

Hello, my name is Zandra Russell, and I am a fully registered and insured Clinical Hypnotherapist and Stress Management Consultant and Reiki Practitioner.  I have a local practise at the Haven Holistic & Hypnotherapy Centre, Kilmarnock, East Ayrshire where I meet and help my face to face clients with a variety of concerns and conditions. 

I came to Hypnotherapy in 2016 when I decided I needed a change of direction in my life. I had worked for many years in the private sector as an Accounts Administrator and Manager and previous to that I was a Secondary School Teacher.

Over the years with the aid of hypnotherapy I have helped my clients lose weight, reduce anxiety, stop smoking, eliminate phobias and generally improve their health and wellbeing.

Complementary therapies have always interested me, in particular hypnotherapy, which I received myself years earlier for a travel phobia.

I always try to ensure that sessions are focussed on the client's goal. To do this I use a variety of protocols to ensure the focus is on finding the best solution to the underlying issues. We all have the solution to our own problems, it sometimes just takes a little help to find the resources required and the confidence to use them. It is my job to help you to do that.
